  1. Could have been me that did that search but I doubt it – am in the UK and do like using google… and I may know your father even.

    I enjoy your blog – interesting.
    Will be in Shanghai in a few days time but too late to learn Mandarin now so will have to make do with the odd word – any suggestions?

  2. Hi LJ. Tried to email you to find out whether you really do know my father or not… It is entirely possible, though. Anyway, the first attempt at emailing backfired for some reason. The second seems to have gone through, but we shall see….
