I wonder if the church survived the quake in 1933 or had to be rebuilt on that occasion. Not a good omen on the day of someone’s wedding.
I have no idea. The article doesn’t tell us much about the church or its location, which doesn’t make it easy to find out.
Probably this wasn’t their wedding day. Remember, these photos are taken before the wedding so that the album is ready for the guests to look at at the wedding. Still, not a good omen.
