What worries me is that we invest so much energy into the game like it’s the only thing we are any good at in the world.

True, and what’s really frustrating is that it isn’t difficult to look around and see all the other things Kiwis are doing well, or even brilliantly.At times like this, it seems we’re in serious danger of taking rugby from being the national religion to the national psychosis.
