  1. Yup, another random glitch. How many times might this’ve happened without you knowing about it? I only found out about geocities that time because I accidentally clicked on a link to it. Normally I don’t bother even trying because I know the whole site is meant to be blocked.

  2. I think that partly explains why some call it a panopticon and not a Great Firewall. The idea is to get us to not bother because “Oh, that’ll be blocked, I can’t be arsed with a poxy, oh well, forget it…”
