I’m really impressed with version 2 of over-blog (my back-up blog). Not only is it a much better, more comfortable, more elegant design, they’ve also expanded their services. Pretty sweet. Still not quite as good as blogtown, though, but certainly good enough to keep as a back-up.
No, I’ll still recommend Kiwis interested in blogging go to blogtown, but for French-speaking non-Kiwis, over-blog is worth a look.
