why?

Why does BTV’s 6:30 news look so much like CCTV 1’s 7pm Network News? Gave me a bit of a start, there: I hadn’t heard the familiar theme tune, and I didn’t think it had gotten quite that late yet.

And by “look so much like”, I mean the dress and hairstyles of the anchors, their desk, and the background.
