honest spam?

So in my Yahoo spam box there was a message from somebody I don’t know (that’s why it’s in the spam box) and the subject “Not for oversmart people”. Could this be honest spam? Does the subject line mean “If you’re smart, you won’t open this anyway, and if you did, you’d be too smart to fall for the scam inside, so don’t bother”? Or, in other words, “You have to be dumb enough to fall for stupid internet scams to make this email worthwhile”? Anyway, at least I finally got a spam that at least pretends to be honest.
